It's A...Dance-Off!

SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE is trying to set a Guinness World Record!!! It’s going to be really cool and there are great prizes so spread the word and bring your friends. Event details are below.



The SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE OFF is a-once-in-a-lifetime, Guinness World Record-setting dance event! Utilizing 100 dance pads and a large screen TV, participating dancers will attempt to set the Guinness World Record for the LARGEST SIMULTANEOUS DANCE MAT ROUTINE and be entered into the Guinness Book of World Records: Gamer’s Edition.



The event is Monday, May 19, 2008 at 3:00 PM. Nigel Lythgoe, Cat Deeley and Mary Murphy of SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE will join choreographers Tabitha and Napoleon D’umo and previous SYTYCD finalists to support participants at the NOKIA THEATER L.A. LIVE Courtyard located at 777 Chick Hearn Court in downtown Los Angeles (across from the STAPLES CENTER). One lucky dancer will win a video game console, a dance video game and mat, and a 23” LCD flat screen television.
