So You Think You Can Dance Canada's guest judge Melissa Williams talks about dance on television:

"I started my career on a television show like this one," she says, thrilled to be judging Halifax hopefuls. "I'm so excited to be working with a dance television show again."

After a formidable career in LA, Williams is back in her hometown of Windsor and excited that So You Think You Can Dance has finally come to Canada. "It's great that dance is back in people's living rooms. Canadians need to be reminded of the talent that's in this country." Williams is one of SYTYCDC's Alternating Third Judges, and is one of the judges for the Halifax auditions.

Australia's Dancing With The Stars was turned down by none other than British Chef and TV personality Gordon Ramsay. This article says that SYTYCDAus choreographer Jason Gilkison may be a judge on the show. The UK has it's own version of SYTYCD in the works. I'm pretty sure it can't be a British show until Gordon Ramsay shows up to give everyone a good bollocking.
